How do I arrange an Animal Communication Consultation?

Fees: £65 per animal during office hours 9am - 5pm
Two animals £110

Communications can be booked HERE

Communications last for up to one hour.

Once a date and time has been arranged for me to call you for your consultation, I will then send you a payment link by text. Your appointment slot is then held open for 24 hours to enable you time to make the payment.

If payment is not made within 24 hours, we may have to reallocate your appointment slot.

Please bear in mind that available appointment slots may also have been offered to other people, so appointments are booked on a first come first served basis. Therefore, the sooner that you are able to confirm and book the offered slot that you would like, the more likely it will be that it is still available for you. Please note that your appointment is not secure until such a time as payment has been made.

If you are living outside of the UK mainland, please state this when booking your appointment. All appointments that are non UK mainland will be carried out over WhatsApp Audio calling or Zoom.

Where possible, please supply a photograph of the animal that you wish me to work with. This does not have to be a recent photograph, just one that will give me a rough idea of what they look like in order that I can create a mental image of them.

You do not need to be with your horse or pet during the communication unless you would like to be.

Please make sure where ever possible that the environment that you are in during your appointment is as quiet as possible, so that I am not able to hear background noise my end, as this can be distracting whilst doing the communication. Thank you

What does an Animal Communication Consultation involve?

During an animal communication consultation, I will establish a telepathic connection with the animal that I working with. Through focused concentration I then receive mental images, feelings, and messages from the animal.

I may then address causes of behavioural issues, health concerns, emotional well-being, or simply try and aid in facilitating a deeper bond between the pet and yourself companion. The process is respectful and non-intrusive, ensuring the animal's comfort and consent. The obtained information helps pet guardian's understand their animal's perspective, enabling them to make informed decisions for the animal's well-being, fostering a stronger human-animal bond.

In order that I can do this, when the consultation starts I will ask you what problems or concerns there are that you wish me to look into. This helps me to understand what needs to be explored so that I am able to formulate the questions in the way that I know work best.

During the communication there will be pauses and this will enable you time to make notes if you wish to.

At the end of the communication we will have a far better understanding of the root cause of the presenting issues, and we will then discuss the best course of action to help your animal to move forwards.

This may include:
A veterinary appointment, a body work specialist such as an Osteopath or a Chiropractor, a behaviourist or a trainer, nutritional suggestions, or various other advice or resources.

Once you have requested your appointment, I will then confirm and send BACS details to you. Please note this will be when I pick up the mail request, so this will likely not be immediately.

If you wish to pay by Paypal, please be aware that there will be an additional fee of £3.50 per session booked in order to cover the Paypal fees.

All fees are payable before the service or event and within 24 hours of payment request in order to secure your booking.

After this time frame the appointment slot may be reallocated.

I have an animal emergency, what can I do?

If you have an emergency, your vet should always be your first port of call.

My office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Any appointments made outside of this time frame will be classed as 'out of hours' and the fee for this is £80.

Whilst I will always do my best to be available when there is an emergency, please be aware that this is not always possible.

This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking our services.

Booking Requirements

Each booking is reserved for one individual client, which can be either a human or an animal.

Discounts

Any discounts ‘offered’ are 'totally' at the discretion of Centaur Therapies and will not automatically be applied to future bookings.
Please be aware that this is my sole income and how I live and feed myself and as such I will not be able to give discounts by request.

Payment

Upon agreeing to an appointment time, BACS details will be sent to you.
Your appointment slot will be reserved for 24 hours to allow time for payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be reallocated. You may also opt to pay by Paypal, but please be aware that there will be an additional fee is £3.50 added in order to cover Paypal fees.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
To cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

If we are able to reallocate your appointment, your full fee will be refunded.
If we are unable to reallocate your appointment, your fee will be refunded minus a £25 cancellation fee.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Booking Policy at any time. Any revisions will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
